• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location. UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition and packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to food safety regulations, opened or used food products are not eligible for return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges
