At VR Legacy - Brimstone, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure you have the best experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
1.1 Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our food products, including Brimstone Hot Pepper Sauce.
1.2 Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
2.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2 To request a refund or replacement, provide the following:

A clear photo of the product and packaging showing the issue.

2.3 Once we review your claim, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4.1 Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
