Returns & Refunds Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

1.1 Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.
1.2 Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

2.1 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2 To request a replacement or refund, provide:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Your order number and proof of purchase
