Sorrel is a traditional Caribbean drink made from the dried petals of the hibiscus flower, infused with warming spices and natural ingredients. Deep red in colour and rich in flavour, it has been enjoyed for generations, especially during celebrations and festive seasons.
At VR Legacy – BRIMSTONE, our sorrel is made using a time-honoured recipe and contains no artificial preservatives. Because of this, a gentle and natural fermentation may continue over time.
